The Standard & Poor’s average hit another all-time record of 1650 today after David Tepper, the hedge fund manager who made $2.2 billion last year and beat all other managers, came out with a bullish report on Squawk Box this morning. This guy might be worth Goggling. All the other brokers are calling for a retreat in stocks, Tepper used the term ‘a Goldenlocks market’ with all the bears around. He said the average stock is indexed 13:1 earnings ratio and the market would go to 20:1. He said we are the beginning of a long bull market. Wow!
